How do I make a complaint?

We work very hard to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible, but we understand that occasionally we might not get it right.

In the first instance, you should contact us using this website. We will investigate your complaint and respond as quickly as possible, and definitely within 5 working days.

Our response will include the name and contact details of the individual that is dealing with your complaint, along with our full complaints procedures that also details what rights you have and what actions you can take if we fail to resolve your complaint satisfactorily.
