
Provided you changed the PIN and you kept it secret, you will not lose any money. However, as soon as you realise your loss, you should log in to MySNAP and transfer the available balance in the lost Account to another Account.
If you do not have another SNAP Account Number readily available, then use the Send function to send yourself a new Account Number with the available balance from the lost account.
If you haven't recorded the Account Number in a Wallet, or anywhere else, you might try finding an old Top Up receipt or purchase receipt that has your SNAP Account number on it.
