Top up and spend – No need to register
Simply load between £20 and £100 onto your SNAP Card and you’re ready to shop. It’s that easy. Use it on any website displaying the SNAP logo on its payment page.

Get the things you want online – privately and securely
Once you’ve selected an item to purchase on a website, go to that site’s payment page. Select SNAP as your preferred payment method. Then type in the SNAP code printed on your card into the clearly marked box. Finally, type in your secret PIN (you can change your PIN whenever you like by logging into MySNAP) and you’re done.
The amount of your purchase will be deducted automatically from your card. To check the balance, log into MySNAP. If your balance is getting low, top it up again at any of the thousands of SNAP top up points. To find your nearest SNAP top up point, click here.

Transfer money
With SNAP, you can instantly transfer money to someone else – whether they’re across town or across the globe. There is no minimum, so you can send a penny or your entire balance. All you need is the other person's SNAP code. To receive money, just give the sender your 19–digit SNAP code. (But DO NOT reveal your PIN). To transfer money now, log into MySNAP.
